Someone taps the microphone and asks by voice where their car insurance letter is. The question appears as text, the Postklar ring thinks, and the answer names the Insurance drawer and the letter, with its source: Beispiel Versicherung AG, 2 March 2026. The letter itself rises out of the Insurance drawer.

Encrypted letter by letter. Stored in Germany.

The dashes of the Postklar ring close into one ring and a padlock shackle clicks onto it, so the envelope in the middle becomes a lock. Each letter is encrypted on its own and stored on servers in Frankfurt, Germany, and our support team can't see your letters. Around the lock, two parents, a child and a grandparent are each connected to the ring: families of up to eight people share one archive.
